If you’re reading this, you probably took a role in your nonprofit because you wanted to make a difference.

So wouldn’t it be nice to know that what you’re doing is actually achieving the mission?

Here’s the thing…

Most nonprofits lack the capacity to put effective data systems in place, keeping them stuck in the cycle of late reporting and missed grant opportunities.

Does this
sound like
you?

  • You don’t know how to express your impact because you don’t know which metrics to measure in the first place — much less how to collect, analyze, and communicate that information. (And even when you do, you probably don’t have the time or capacity to do it.)

  • You get stressed when trying to put together a Board report or fulfill a grant requirement but no one has the right information.

  • And don’t get me started on when you go to dreaded meetings with “those” funders. You know, the ones who grill you on proving that their dollars are being invested wisely with your organization.

In order to prove that what you’re doing is actually accomplishing the mission, you need to be able to communicate the concrete outcomes of your work.

Imagine for a second…

…that you felt crystal clear on your impact.
  • You could demonstrate the measurable outcomes of your programs.
  • You could make strategic decisions based on concrete evidence.

  • You knew without a doubt that the work you’re doing is making a difference.

  • And everytime a Board member or funder asked you to prove it? No sweat.  You’ve got the stats right here to back it up.

That's exactly why I'm here..."

I’ve been working in nonprofits for over 15 years, so I understand how it feels to know your organization is  doing great work but not have the time or resources to show it.

Like many of you, I was frustrated by requirements to report on so much information when you don’t have the capacity to fulfill it!

That’s why I’m so excited by the opportunity to help you simplify your systems so you can tell an effective impact story by communicating the concrete, data-driven outcomes of your work.

That way you can see the results of your work, improve your programs in real time, and secure bigger grants + funding opportunities to scale your impact.

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably experienced the stress of trying to put together Board reports or fulfill grant requirements when no one seems to have the right information on hand.

You could continue missing out on funding to grow your organization, unable to prove the concrete outcomes of your programs.

You could even hire a data professional for tens of thousands of dollars (who doesn’t understand data from a program or development perspective), never learning how to meaningfully build your capacity as an organization.

And if one of those options seems right for you, then I encourage you to pursue it.

But if you’re serious about using data to make strategic decisions, communicate your impact to funders, and accomplish your mission, then my question is…

Do you know how to get from here to where you want to be?

Do you know how to measure the right information to improve your program outcomes?

Do you know how to analyze the data to make the right decisions?

And do you know how to communicate concrete results to people who can help move your organization forward?

Do you know what to do next week, next month, and 3 months from now to end the cycle of missed funding opportunities and permanently increase the capacity of your team?

You do what you do because you want to make a real difference in the world.
