Hi! I'm Triana.

I’m a nonprofit data coach and Founder of Data Systems Simplified, a program that takes nonprofit leaders from stressed to strategic by learning how to collect, analyze, and make decisions based on data — the easy way.

I’ve been working in nonprofits for almost 15 years, so I understand how it feels to know your organization is doing great work but not have the time or resources to show it.

Like many of you, I was frustrated by requirements to report on so much information when you don’t have the capacity to fulfill it!

That’s why I’m so excited by the opportunity to help you simplify your systems so you can tell an effective impact story by communicating the concrete, data-driven outcomes of your work.

That way you can see the results of your work, improve your programs in real time, and secure bigger grants + funding opportunities to scale your impact.
